Colourful Giclee Art Print | Perfect Gift Choice

An exuberant acrylic painting showcasing the charm of Dulwich Village, transformed into limited edition prints. At the forefront of this painting, a familiar zebra crossing, worn by countless footsteps, commands attention. In the distance, a lively group of individuals engages in spirited conversations, likely deliberating on matters of the world. Nestled within this scene, a nostalgic relic from yesteryears stands tall—a classic red telephone box. Amidst this picturesque setting, the subtle presence of the Gail's bakery sign becomes discernible, inviting people to take a seat and savour the moment.

Dulwich's historical roots stretch back to 967 AD when it was a hamlet outside London, granted by King Edgar to his thane Earl Aelfheah. The name "Dulwich" has undergone various spellings like Dilwihs, Dylways, and Dullag. It is thought to originate from "Dill," a white flower, and "wihs," meaning a damp meadow, signifying "the meadow where dill grows." Ownership of the land passed from Harold Godwinson to King William I of England following the events of 1066.

Elevate your home or office with collection of colour prints. The designs make an ideal contemporary setting complimenting multiple designs from the variety of paintings and drawings.
