Detailed Pencil Illustration | Perfect for Any Occasion

This intricate pencil drawing captures a moment in the heart of the City of London. A young woman cycles through the bustling streets as a red bus navigates its turn into Cornhill, near Bank Station. The pavements are alive with office workers on their lunch breaks, stepping out for a breath of fresh air and a quick bite. In the distance, the sleek modern silhouette of the Sky Garden Tower rises in stark contrast to the surrounding Victorian, Gothic, and Classical architecture.

A little-known fact about Cornhill: It is one of the oldest thoroughfares in London, with possible Roman origins. Named after a historic corn market that once thrived here in medieval times, the area also housed a 'House of Correction' built in the 13th century under Mayor Henry Wallis.
